From Colorado Springs to Fort Collins

We are based in Greenwood Village and work up and down the Front Range. Below are the cities we are in most often, each with a straight account of what the homes there tend to need.

Where we work

Pick your city

Do not see yours? Our range runs the length of the Front Range corridor, so call (720) 656-0014 and ask. If we cannot get to you, we will say so plainly rather than waste your time.

Greenwood Village

Bigfoot Handyman is headquartered on Greenwood Plaza Blvd, which makes the Village the shortest drive we make. Homes and offices here get the same crew and the same standard.

Denver

Denver's older neighborhoods were built long before drywall and standard-size openings, and they need someone who has worked on them before. We have.

Centennial

Centennial is a short hop from our shop and full of homes hitting the age where the original everything starts asking to be replaced.

Littleton

Littleton covers an unusual range, from turn-of-the-century buildings downtown to sprawling 1970s subdivisions, and the repair work changes completely depending on which one you own.

Englewood

Englewood is mostly small, older homes on compact lots, where the work is precise rather than large, and where a contractor who only wants big jobs is not much help.

Highlands Ranch

Highlands Ranch is master-planned, HOA-governed, and almost entirely built in a thirty-year window, which means the whole community tends to need the same things at the same time.

Lone Tree

Lone Tree's housing is newer than most of the metro, so the work here leans toward upgrades and customization rather than repair.

Parker

Parker mixes dense newer subdivisions with genuine acreage, and the two need very different kinds of help.

Aurora

Aurora spans about seventy years of construction, so the right approach depends entirely on which part of the city you are in.

Lakewood

Lakewood is mid-century Denver at scale, full of solid 1950s and 1960s houses that reward updating rather than replacing.

Arvada

Arvada runs from genuinely historic buildings in Olde Town to subdivisions finished in the last few years, and we work across the whole range.

Westminster

Westminster's housing clusters in the 1970s through 1990s, which is precisely the window where original everything comes due at once.

Castle Rock

Castle Rock is mostly newer construction on notoriously difficult soil, which makes for an unusual mix of upgrade work and recurring repair.

Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs marks the southern end of our service area, and it holds the widest span of housing ages anywhere we work.

The short version

How our coverage works

Our shop is on Greenwood Plaza Blvd in Greenwood Village, which puts the south metro within a short drive and the rest of the Denver area comfortably in range. We work north through Arvada and Westminster, west into Lakewood, east across Aurora, and south through Douglas County to Castle Rock.

Colorado Springs sits at the southern end of our range and we schedule work there in planned blocks, which keeps the trip efficient and makes larger project lists the better value. The same applies to the northern end of the corridor. If you are outside the cities listed above, the answer is often still yes, so it is worth a phone call.
